Bee keeping For Christ

Bee Keeping Ministry
Bee Keeping is farming the God’s way for it gives one time to do ministry and also produces products that can make ministry enjoyable, since it can help provide honey products that can help the needy and the sick, especially honey is a precious food for the malnourished and those that need to improve their immunity. Especially for the HIV/AIDS affected people and families, and also the Pygmies who live in the Forrest especially in the Ituri Forrest of DR Congo

v  HIV/AIDS patients can benefit from the project by getting honey which is at the same time food and a medicine, propolis which cures a number of diseases and besides while they keep bees they will also earn a living through harvesting and selling the honey.
HIV/AIDS affected families, can get school tuition as they sell the honey and also get it as food and medicine, which can improve their lively hood and also improve their state of life as they live with HIV/AIDS patients or live with HIV/AIDS themselves.
Purposes of Bee keeping to HIV/AIDS affected and infected peoples
1.      Honey is Medicine to the patients
2.      Honey can be sold to get money, ( Tuition, buy food, get money or transport and communication)
3.      Bee keeping can help keep them Busy other than keeping their lives worried about death and how to live their children behind when they die.
4.      Bee keeping will restore hope to the patients.
we have begun this with one step and God will lead us to the best of his will.

The Pygmies who live in the forests without any means of getting food apart from the honey they Hunt which is now scarce because of over cutting down of forests where they have lived all their lives, some even can’t afford a meal of food a day, thus bee keeping can provide for them food, Employment, Medicine and also be their economic activity, since they are naturally weak people who can’t do heavy work that need much energy.  Bee keeping is the only activity they can do easily and without a lot of concentration and skills. Once they are showed what to do and how to do it.
